Best used car dealer in Ct.

I was looking for a car over a month found Cos'central on CarGurus figured I had nothing to loose sent text Mark responded in a timely manner then the no pressure sale was in motion checked out the car looked beautiful sounded and ran great. So i bought it because it is a 2013 it was sold as is. got to love Ct., anyway Mark and Scott assured me that there was nothing with the car but if there was they stand by there vehicles 130 miles after purchasing the check engine light came on. I called Mark he said to bring it in at my convenience and it was back on the road the same day and appears absolutely fine so far. You don't find dealers like this to often! I would a will recommend these guys to everyone!!! i usually only right reviews if I had a bad experience but these guys are so good I had to write a good one and OMG its nice for a change!!!

Stellar Service

We bought a used car from Cos recently. The sale through Mark was swift, easy, and pleasant; he made sure we were both quite happy with our purchase. My husband worked 20+ years in dealerships and said the service at Cos far outweighed any he’d ever seen. I don’t think I’ve ever comfortably recommended a car lot before but I can wholeheartedly urge anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go to Cos first. You will not get better service elsewhere.

Good experience

Customer service

Just had to have a VIN verification done on an out CNN of state vehicle and dealt with Chrystal I believe her name was. The most polite, engaging and professional encounter I have had with any business in a long time. If Motor vehicle dept. had people like her on staff the world would be a wonderful place.

I was recommended to see Chris and Mike and I can tell you they were both awesome from start to finish. They worked within my budget and found a perfect car for my son. I would HIGHLY recommend Cos Central Auto!

Highly recommended

Cos’Central Auto delivers great service and are very reliable. My sales associate was friendly and answered all my questions. He made sure I walked away with a car that would not only fit my budget but also that was safe for my daughter. I will definitely do business with them again!

Usually the majority of people who write reviews are unhappy about something. I am writing to thank Mike and his team at COS auto for the service they gave me when I recently purchased a used Jeep. I am a Massachusetts resident and the Vehicle did not pass inspection. It needed some minor lighting fixed and a major repair of Ball joints. Was expecting some friction about the repairs needed but was pleasantly surprise when they simply said "bring it in on Monday and we will take care of it". We are very happy with the the purchase and overall experience at COS auto.. She passed inspection and running like a top!! Thanks

Great Service

We purchased a used car from Cos Central Auto and enjoyed a great experience from start to finish. We worked with Michael and Chris for the sale and Matthew for service. All exhibited integrity in their interactions with us and an overall ethical attitude with respect to the car and normal issues with a used car. All service issues were addressed timely and with respect, standing behind their name. I would definitely buy another car from them.

Mini Cooper

I recently purchased a Mini Cooper from Cos Auto. Overall experience was smooth and the car is a dream. From start to finish there was not one hiccup in the experience, walk -in, test drove the car, and drove away owning it less than an hour later. I waited over six weeks to write this review, because I wanted to make sure everything was REALLY in order before I gave a stellar review. Honestly, I was worried the excitement of such a nice car and such a wonderful experience would wear off and I wouldn't be able to adequately convey just how happy I was with the whole ordeal, but truth be told, I love the car more and more each day. The experience was impeccable. If you're in the market for a quality used car and want a great experience purchasing it, go to Cos Auto. You will not be disappointed.

My experience with Cos Central Auto has been professional and beneficial ! I purchased a car for my wife two years ago and most recently a pick-up truck for myself. Not only are the vehicles quality but the service there was impeccable. Chris the salesman was so helpful and diligent. My old truck broke down and needed a new one asap, he worked late in order to provide me with a pick up truck and get paperwork in. My wife and I have the highest regard for Cos Central Auto, and recommend their quality of product and service !
